New to our studio? Please arrive early (at least 15 minutes) and let our staff know that you are here for your first class. We can give you’re a quick tour, and for POWERide or POWERhour classes, get you properly fitted for shoes and on a bike.

Things to know:

Come fueled. Make sure you are drinking before, during and after your ride. For your convenience, we have a filtered water station to refill your water bottle or water bottles for sale if you forget yours. It is also smart to have a small snack before class.

Come comfortable. Wear clothes that you don’t mind getting sweaty in. Closer fitting bottoms are best for cycling. Some may prefer shorts with a padded bottom to get used to being “in the saddle.” We also have a handful of gel covers for our bike seats if you would like to try one. We provided cycling shoes (but you are welcome to bring your own), but you will need to bring your own socks and your own sneakers for any sculpting classes. We offer private digital lockers to store your stuff, so no need to bring a lock.

Come ready. Get ready to work! We will explain how to see your POWER, both on your bike and on our screens.

Get fueled. After class we invite you to grab a fresh juice or other healthy treat to re-fuel.

Get comfortable. You are welcome to stay and take a shower; our studio provides bath towels and shower products, as well as blow-dry stations for convenience.

Get ready. Get ready to track your progress. After a POWERide, you will be emailed all of your performance data. It will also be in your on-line account so you can see your improvement with each class!

Our certified instructors and staff will ensure that you get properly set up on your bike and make sure that you are comfortable in your first class.
